These felt easy, and I feel like my 90% is more than 95# now for as simple as it felt.  It felt good, I remember when 95# used to me my 1RM 🙂
Thrusters 95/65

box jump 24/20

This was a difficult workout for me to do, not really in my wheelhouse.  Thrusters suck anyway, but since my overhead strength sucks they were hard on that.  This one tired me out a lot.
