6:00pm – Crossfit WOD
Crossfit Open 16.2
4-min. AMRAP + bonus time:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
15 squat cleans (85# first round)
Score: 84 reps (finished 9 squat cleans in the first round)
Well, I didn’t do as well as I would have liked, but with toes-to-bar I doubted that I could finish the first round.  I really suck at toes-to-bar.  Buuuut, I did say that I at least wanted to get to 84 reps and I did so I’m glad for that.  And I RX’d so I’m happy for that!  Coming up on 16.3 and I predict that I will need to do the scaled version from here on out.  We’ll see.
OH…and afterwards, for funsies, I decided to attempt a clean at 115# and succeeded with ease.  New PR for me!!!
