Sunday morning my husband and I went to Gold’s to do some accessory work. I asked my coach for suggestions and she suggested some exercises for my glutes, shoulders, lats and core to help improve my lifts.

One legged squats on Smith machine
4 x 6 at 45#

Barbell row
4 x 8 at 60#

Lat pull down
4 x 6 at 50#

Military dumbbell press
4 x 6 at 25#

Dumbbell pullover
4 x 6 at 30#

4 Minutes Tabata of:
Hollow hold
