WOD:
21-15-9
Deadlift 185/135
Wall balls 20/14
Burpees

Score: 9:43 Rx

This was harder than I thought it would be. The first round of deadlifts was okay, I did a set of 11 and a set of 10. But the second round most of us were dropping each one or two! A lot of heavy breathing and cardio, the burpees were hell. And considering this was the first intensive WOD I’ve really done in two weeks it was rough!
