So after taking a couple of weeks off for my wedding and honeymoon, I’m back at it!
I got married on 4/2/16 and for that week I didn’t do much training. And last week I was on my honeymoon and did not train or ETP…Instead I ate a lot of food and cupcakes and relaxed by the beach.
But now my body is feeling the after effects of too much food and no exercise. It’s time to get back into it! I am planning on doing the WOD tonight, providing that my body is not still rebelling against me and I feel better (I’ve been sickish).
I DID, however, finish the Crossfit Open!
