10 kip swings
10 air squats
Strength:
Strict press
1×3@95% (75#)
1×3@85% (70#)
1×3@75%  (65#)
WOD: 
10 minute AMRAP:
3 power cleans, 3 pullups,
6 power cleans, 6 pullups,
9 power cleans, 9 pullups,…etc
Rx=135/75, “Rx+”=155/95 and C2B
Score: 62  (I finished the round of 12 and did 2 power cleans) at Rx+ (which is really just Rx)
