6pm Crossfit WOD
Handstand practice
20 minute alternating EMOM:
Odd: 30 double unders
Even: 10 pull-ups or 5 negatives
For the first few rounds I was able to do the 10 pull-ups, then after a couple rounds of only being able to do 7-8 in the minute I switched to negatives, which felt harder.  My lats were burning afterwards.  This was harder than I thought it would be.  Halfway through my double unders seemed harder since I was more tired.
