(85#-85#-90#-90#)
WOD:
4 Rounds:
10 Deadlifts 185/135
5 C2B pull-ups
10 burpees
Score: 7:49 RX
This was a good one, I liked it although I wanted it to be over.  I don’t think I’ve done deadlifts that heavy in a while.  The C2B slowed me down, I had to start doing them one at a time.  I hate these type of “sprint” workouts but at the same time I love them.
