I had planned on working out, but wasn’t feeling great, so Rest Day
5:30am Run
2 miles
6pm Crossfit WOD
10 minute AMRAP:
5 strict pull-ups
10 burpees
15 push-ups
20 air squats
Score: 3 + 4 RX
The run in the morning didn’t feel the greatest, but my hamstrings were still sore.  Hopefully I will do better on the APFT this weekend.  I think I should, usually the adrenaline of running for time and with others helps to give me a push.  The push-ups during the WOD felt awful and it made me feel a bit worried, but then I did those push-ups after doing strict pull-ups and burpees so of course I was tired.  It will probably be a different story when I am doing merely push-ups this Sunday.
