Warm-up:
Run 1/2 mile
Bench Press:
5 @ 35# (warm-up set)
5 @ 40# (warm-up set)
5 @ 55# (warm-up set)
3 @ 55#
3 @ 65#
3 @ 75#
Back Squat:
5 @ 55# (warm-up set)
5 @ 70# (warm-up set)
5 @ 80# (warm-up set)
3 @ 95#
3 @ 110#
3 @ 120#
Russian Twists w/18#

Chin-ups (unassisted)
3 x 3
So I guess I didn’t really read the workout correctly where the very last set you do 5+ the first week or 3+ the second week, I just read 5 and 3.  Oh well.  I probably could have done a few more reps of bench, but the back squats were definitely challenging at that weight for me.  Which makes me feel like I should retest what my max back squat is, I could have gotten a bit weaker.  But I’ll keep going with what I programmed it as, it’s doable, just a bit more challenging than I thought it would be.  I like doing Wendler so far though.
