6pm Crossfit WOD
Row 500m
3 rounds of:
10 air squats
10 push-ups
10 kipping swings
Back Sqaut
4-3-3-2-2 (50%-60%-70%-80%-90%)
8 minute AMRAP:
5 Kettle-bell swings 70/53
10 ball-over-shoulder 40/20
~2 min Rest~
8 minute AMRAP:
5 full Cleans 135/95
10 ball slams 40/20
Score: 9+1 (35# KB) / 3+3 RX
This was fun! Well, it wasn’t fun while doing it, especially those full cleans…it would have been one thing if it were just power cleans, but coming up out from the bottom of that clean was tough! I wanted to RX the first one, but when I tried to swing the 53# KB I couldn’t swing it up all the way overhead so I settled for the 35# KB.  I breezed through the first AMRAP, but that second AMRAP was rough, and very taxing on your CNS.  It was a great WOD though and although it was tough I enjoyed it.  Everyone was grunting and suffering together, it was great haha.
