5:30am Run
1 mile
6pm Bike ride
I had planned on doing the WOD, but my hips, glutes and inner thighs were still pretty sore from the previous days and there were Curtis P’s in the WOD, and I didn’t want to overwork my legs since I have back squats on Thursdays.  So I went on a little bike ride with my husband instead.  It was fun, but I really suck at riding a bike! If it’s a loop in the park it’s one things, but riding out on the street I am not used to.  I’m not good at turning corners and controlling myself very well.  It HAS been at least 10 years since I have really ridden a bike, I just need to get used to it.
