Handstand work
Wendler went great, On the app for the last set of deadlifts it said Reps to beat PR was 4, and Reps to beat cycle 1RM was 5.  I did 5 so I’m hoping that means my PR is higher now.  I’ll find out soon 🙂

Sunday LISS day
Bike ride with husband

Time: 1:20:42 (we stopped a few times)
This was fun! It had been a looooong time since I last rode a bike for more than a mile or two.  It was very relaxing and I had a lot of fun.  We were happy that the weather was good and it didn’t end up raining.  This will probably be our new Sunday tradition instead of lazing about, it was a great active recovery day!
