I did not do any extra accessory work today.  My abs were sore from the GHD’s yesterday so definitely no abs.  But Wendler felt pretty great.  It felt really awesome to deadlift 195# 4 times, a year ago this was my 1RM, and it felt easy! Didn’t even have a weight-belt on.  I could have probably done 5 but I stuck with 4.  But it feels awesome to see how much stronger I am now, and that I keep getting stronger.
