I normally do deadlift and press the same night, but someone was waiting for the platform and I didn’t want to keep hogging it and I was already thinking of splitting it up and doing presses on Saturday since I’m sick.  Deadlifts felt good and the 2 at 210# wasn’t too bad, again it’s more than I was able to do before. 210 is more than my max was a year ago. Feeling stronger!
