Wendler Squat Cycle 2 Week 4 (Deload)
Back squat:
5 @ 60# (warm-up set)
5 @ 75# (warm-up set)
3 @ 90# (warm-up set)
5 @ 60#
5 @ 75#
5 @ 90#
BBB sets: 3 x 10 @ 75#
Assistance Work:
Front Squat: 3 x 10 @ 70#
Leg curl: 3 x 12 @ 60#
Leg press: 3 x 12 @ 200#
Did Wendler as written with the suggested assistance work, and will probably be doing that this week.  Depending on how I feel (I’ve been sick) I might crossfit 1 or 2 days this week but that’s if I can stop coughing up my lungs.  It is deload week so it was light and easy.
