Bench Press:
5 @ 45# (warm-up set)
5 @ 50# (warm-up set)
5 @ 55# (warm-up set)
5 @ 60#
5 @ 70#
6 @ 75#

Assistance:

Incline Dumbbell bench press: 5 x 10 @ 20#
Dumbbell row: 5 x 10 @ 30#
Pull-ups: 5 x 3

Added 5 more pounds to my ruck sack this morning because it was getting easy. Workout felt pretty good. I think my bench is getting better.
