Deadlift:
5 @ 90# (warm-up set)
5 @ 115# (warm-up set)
3 @ 135# (warm-up set)
5 @ 150#
5 @ 170#
4 @ 195#
Press:
5 @ 35# (warm-up set)
5 @ 45# (warm-up set)
3 @ 50# (warm-up set)
5 @ 55#
5 @ 60#
4 @ 70#
Assistance:
Dips: 4 x 6
Good morning: 3 x 10 @ 60#
Curls: 3 x 10 @ 20#
Rear Laterals: 3 x 10 @ 20#
I don’t know why Wendler didn’t feel as good today.  It might be because I didn’t warm-up as much before hand, but on the last sets I could only do 4 instead of 5.  David was holding the platform for me early and when I got there I wanted to get it done quickly so others could use the platform. So I didn’t warm up like I should have.  But I realized, on the Wendler days where I do deadlift and press, I can do those at home.  We have a barbell and weights, I can do those in the garage.  We don’t have a rack, but presses are never too heavy for me to clean easily. I will probably start doing that, that way I will never have to be waiting for a platform, or hogging one for deadlifts.
