Bench Press:

Assistance work:
Incline dumbbell bench: 3 x 12 @ 20#
Rear laterals: 3 x 12 @ 20#
Leg extensions: 3 x 12 @ 65#
The last set of back squats were supposed to be at 145#, but Aunt Irma was making my back hurt and I was still cramping so I didn’t think I could do more than 135#. I think I was wise to stop there, it was a bit tough for me and I had to have my husband spot me. I felt bad at myself for not being able to do it, but there are going to be some bad days and that’s okay.
