Warm-up:

10 strict toes-to-bar
10 pistols
10 wall-balls
 
Strength:
Find 1RM Push Press
(95#)
 
WOD:
15 minute AMRAP:
10 bar-over burpees
10 thrusters 95/65
10 toes to bar
 
Score: 3+15 RX
I know I can push-press more, but not early in the morning.  I also like to rest between attempts more and I didn’t have a lot of time to do another attempt after I did 95#.  The WOD was tiring and my arms hurt more than anything.  They’re still tired.  Glad I went though.
I’m also doing the 30 day yoga challenge so I’ve been doing a little bit of yoga every night as well and I love it.
